1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Replypilot ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Replypilot is a Chrome extension that uses AI technology (Claude by Anthropic) to help users generate replies on X (formerly Twitter). The extension provides suggestions that users can review, edit, and choose to post.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Replypilot, you agree to:

  • Comply with X's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Review all AI-generated content before posting
  • Take full responsibility for any content you post using our service
  • Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
  • Not use the service to spread misinformation or harmful content

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Replypilot offers the following plans:

  • Starter ($9/month): 300 replies per month
  • Pro ($19/month): 1,000 replies per month
  • Unlimited ($39/month): Unlimited replies (subject to Fair Use Policy)

Annual subscriptions are available at a 20% discount. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Plan)

The Unlimited plan is designed for power users with high-volume, legitimate engagement needs. To ensure quality service for all users, the following Fair Use Policy applies:

  • Reasonable Usage: The plan is intended for individual human use, not automated or bot-like behavior
  • Rate Limits: To maintain service quality, there may be reasonable rate limits (e.g., replies per minute/hour)
  • No Reselling: You may not share your account or resell access to others
  • Quality Over Quantity: Excessive usage patterns that suggest abuse may result in account review

What constitutes fair use:

  • Active engagement as part of your social media strategy
  • Consistent daily usage within reasonable human capacity
  • Genuine interaction with content relevant to your interests or business

What is NOT fair use:

  • Automated scripting or bot usage
  • Sharing account access with multiple users
  • Spam-like behavior or mass-replying without engagement intent
  • Usage patterns that degrade service for other users

We reserve the right to contact users whose usage significantly exceeds normal patterns. In most cases, we'll work with you to understand your needs. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

The Replypilot extension, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created through our service is provided for your use, and you retain responsibility for how you use it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Replypilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or achieve any specific results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replypilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of followers, account suspension, or reputational damage resulting from the use of our service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Replypilot at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

Replypilot integrates with X (Twitter) and uses Anthropic's Claude AI. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not affiliated with X Corp or Anthropic.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Replypilot shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
